Over the years, she’s helped some of the industry’s most respected names - including Wolff Olins, Coley Porter Bell, and Conran Design Group - as well as ambitious independents and start-ups across the full marketing mix. Our approach combines strategic clarity with practical action, turning growth plans into genuine momentum.

Recognised in the industry for her consistent results, Lucy has been featured three years running in The BD100 list, named one of Creativepool’s Top 25 Business Development Directors, and is also proud to mentor the next generation of female talent through Bloom UK and The Girl’s Network.

When she’s not helping agencies win their next big client, you’ll probably find her sea swimming, playing the piano, or discovering new restaurants.
